Refunds & subscription billing

This policy explains how Creator Collective Media treats membership payments and refund requests. Marketplace orders, gigs, and shop purchases may also be governed by additional terms shown at checkout or in our Terms of Service.

Membership subscriptions

Membership gives you immediate online access to libraries, tools, and platform features—many of which are available the same day you subscribe. Once you sign in, we cannot reliably measure which lessons, downloads, discounts, or opportunities you have already viewed or used.

For that reason, we do not provide refunds for subscription fees after your subscription has been used—meaning after you have logged in and accessed the Platform during the billing period you are asking us to refund. Paying for membership is purchasing access to resources that can be consumed instantly; we treat a login during an active term as use of that term.

Limited refund exceptions we may approve

We review refund requests manually and only when they fall into one of the narrow categories below. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. We may ask for documentation (for example, receipts, billing IDs, or screenshots) and we decline speculative, abusive, or duplicate requests.

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges that we can verify against our payment processor records (for example, the same invoice charged twice for the same subscription period).
  • Renewal after a completed cancellation when our records show you canceled before the renewal timestamp and the charge occurred solely because of a documented platform or billing integration error on our side.
  • No access after successful payment — you were charged but could not access membership features due to a sustained technical failure on our end that we confirm in logs, and our support team could not restore access within a reasonable window.
  • Checkout mismatch where the amount or plan tier charged clearly differs from what was displayed at checkout (verified against checkout metadata), not including buyer's remorse after voluntarily completing payment.
  • Where the law requires a refund or charge reversal for consumers in your jurisdiction—we comply with applicable mandatory rules when they apply.

We typically do not grant refunds for forgetting to cancel, deciding you no longer want the membership after using the Platform, dissatisfaction with subjective aspects of content, or disputes between members that do not involve a billing error by Creator Collective Media.

How to request a review

Contact us through the Contact page or in-platform support with your account email, charge date, and invoice or receipt identifier. We aim to respond within a reasonable business timeframe.

Marketplace, shop, and contract payments

Physical goods, digital listings, and employer or contractor payments may follow separate cancellation, dispute, and payout rules. Please refer to the Terms of Service and any checkout or contract text that applies to that transaction.
