Facebook Data Deletion

1. Who this page is for

This page is the data deletion instructions for the Facebook app Course Creator Academy (App ID 831829699449353), registered to Course Creator Academy Corp.. Anyone can read it. You do not need a Creator Collective account to send a request.

Use it if you signed in to Creator Collective with Facebook, or if you connected a Facebook Page so the studio could publish from the content calendar.

2. How to ask us to delete it

Send one message with the subject line “Delete my Facebook data”.

1. Email hello@creatorcollective.media, or use the contact form and choose the topic Facebook data. The form does not require a login.
2. Put “Delete my Facebook data” in the subject or the first line.
3. Include the email address on the Facebook account.
4. Include the Facebook Page name, if you connected a Page.
5. Include the email on your Creator Collective account, if you have one.

We email you when the deletion is finished. That email goes to the address you wrote from. We finish within 30 days of receiving a complete request.

3. Facebook data we store

When you sign in with Facebook, we store:

• Your name, email address, and profile photo received from Facebook
• Your Facebook user id
• Facebook as a way to sign in to Creator Collective

When you connect a Facebook Page so we can publish for you, we store:

• The Page name and the Page id
• The access token that lets Creator Collective publish to that Page
• The id of each post we sent to that Page

4. What we delete within 30 days

For a complete request, we delete:

• The Facebook Page connection
• The access token for that Page
• Our record of each post we sent, including the post id
• The Facebook user id on your Creator Collective account
• Facebook as a sign-in method

If Facebook is the only way you sign in, we email you before we remove it so you can add a password and keep the account. Say in the same email if you want the Creator Collective account deleted as well. Account deletion follows our Privacy Policy, including records we keep for payments, safety, and the law.

Your content calendar drafts, captions, and uploaded files stay in Creator Collective. Your name and the email on the Creator Collective account stay with that account.

5. Posts that are already on Facebook

Posts, photos, and comments that are already on Facebook stay on Facebook. Delete those in Facebook. Creator Collective can delete only the copy of the connection, the token, and the post records stored on our side.

You can also remove the Course Creator Academy app inside Facebook. Open Settings & privacy, then Apps and websites, select Course Creator Academy, and remove it. After you remove it there, email us with the same subject line so we can delete the copy we already stored.
