Agency membership is complimentary and agencies are not charged a platform membership fee to hire. Creators typically pay a platform fee on job payouts (commonly around 4%), and Stripe processing fees (typically about 2.9% + $0.30) apply. Fees are shown before payment.
Are the creators employees of Creator Collective?
No. Creators on Creator Collective are independent contractors. Your agency remains responsible for project scope, creator selection, and the working relationship under the job contract.
Does Creator Collective guarantee a creator will apply?
No. Availability depends on location, budget, timeline, and project requirements. Posting a clear opportunity with realistic terms helps attract stronger applicants.
How are creators qualified?
Creators who appear in the agency hiring workflow are active platform members. Applicants submit portfolios and cover letters with their applications, and completed jobs can include post-project ratings to help agencies evaluate reliability over time.
Who owns the completed work?
Ownership and usage should be stated in the project contract. Under Creator Collective job contracts, work product and intellectual property typically transfer to the client upon full payment.
Can my agency communicate directly with creators?
Yes. Messaging is available in the agency workspace so you can review applicants and coordinate on projects. Agency hiring activity, negotiations, and working relationships must stay on the platform per the agency agreement.
